1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Next Layer Hub. By accessing this website (https://next-layerhub.click), registering for our educational workshops, masterclasses, or 1-on-1 diagnostic clinics, or downloading our technical analysis curriculum and reference handbooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue your use of our site and training services.

2. Strictly Educational Nature of Services

Next Layer Hub is a specialized financial education and technical analysis training practice operated by Sophie Mitchell in Orange, NSW. All content, classroom instruction, indicator configurations, chart studies, and reference handbooks are provided exclusively for general educational and training purposes.

Our practice focuses exclusively on educational instruction, chart analysis methodologies, and risk management principles. Workshop discussions and training materials are designed for charting skill development. All trading decisions and market risk management remain the sole responsibility of the individual participant.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary training curricula, moving average ribbon configuration templates, divergence worksheets, coursebook manuals, graphic diagrams, text, and visual designs published on this website and in our training materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Next Layer Hub and Sophie Mitchell.

Participants are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the training handbooks for their own personal trading education. You may not record, resell, redistribute, broadcast, or republish workshop sessions, video archives, or written course materials without express prior written consent.

4. Workshop Registrations, Fees, and Schedules

Registration for workshops, masterclass cohorts, and 1-on-1 clinics is subject to seat availability and instructor confirmation. Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Invoices must be paid in accordance with the due dates specified on each invoice. Next Layer Hub reserves the right to modify training dates, venue arrangements, or instructor schedules with reasonable advance notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Financial market trading involves substantial risk of capital loss. Past market performance or historical chart examples discussed during training do not guarantee future market outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, Next Layer Hub and Sophie Mitchell shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, damages, or trading capital drawdowns arising from your application of technical analysis methods learned in our courses.

6. User Code of Conduct

Participants in our Orange studio workshops and live interactive cohorts are expected to maintain professional, respectful decorum. Harassment, disruption of classroom sessions, or unauthorized commercial solicitation of other students will result in immediate termination of workshop access without refund.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our training programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
