Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Scope & Educational Commitment

Next Layer Hub is committed to delivering high-caliber, small-group technical analysis education and private diagnostic chart clinics. Because our in-person workshop cohorts in Orange, NSW and interactive virtual cohorts are strictly capped at 10 to 12 participants, late cancellations directly impact our class scheduling and venue preparation. This policy sets out clear, equitable terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Workshop & Masterclass Cohort Cancellations

If you are enrolled in the 4-week Moving Average & Momentum Masterclass or the 1-day Multi-Timeframe Trend & Volume Immersion:

• Notice 14 Days or More Prior to Start Date: You will receive a 100% full refund of any fees paid, less a $50 AUD administration fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to a future scheduled cohort at zero additional cost.
• Notice Between 7 and 13 Days Prior to Start Date: You will receive a 50% refund of total program fees, or the option to apply 100% of your paid balance toward a future workshop cohort within 6 months.
• Notice Less Than 7 Days Prior to Start Date: Due to committed studio seating and catering bookings in Orange, fees are non-refundable. However, you may nominate a substitute colleague or trading partner to attend in your place upon 24 hours prior written notice.
• Once Training Has Commenced (Work Already Started): No partial refunds will be granted once the first masterclass session or weekend workshop has commenced.

3. 1-on-1 Chart Diagnostics Clinic Rescheduling & Cancellations

For private 90-minute 1-on-1 diagnostic sessions:

• Rescheduling with 48+ Hours Notice: Free of charge. You may reschedule your consultation date and time up to two times.
• Cancellations with 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund minus a $25 AUD administrative processing fee.
• Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice / No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled private clinic without giving 48 hours notice, the session fee is non-refundable, as the instructor's dedicated review time was exclusively reserved.

4. Custom Institutional & Team Workshops

For bespoke group and corporate trading desk workshops, cancellation terms and milestone payment schedules are governed by the specific service agreement signed by both parties during commissioning.

5. Physical Materials & Handbooks

Physical course materials—such as the 180-page spiral-bound Technical Analysis Reference Handbook and printed divergence quick-reference cards—that have already been dispatched via Australia Post are non-refundable. If a cancellation is granted prior to course start, the cost of physical materials dispatched ($120 AUD value) and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Workshop Rescheduling or Cancellation by Next Layer Hub

In the rare event that Next Layer Hub must reschedule or cancel a workshop due to instructor illness, severe regional weather, or unforeseen emergency, enrolled participants will be offered the choice of:

• A 100% full refund of all tuition fees paid; or
• Priority transfer to the rescheduled date or any upcoming cohort of your choice.

Next Layer Hub is not responsible for non-refundable travel, flight, or hotel accommodation bookings made by participants. We recommend securing flexible travel arrangements when visiting Orange.

7. Refund Request Process & Processing Times

To request a cancellation or refund:

1. Send an email to info@next-layerhub.click stating your full name, invoice number, enrolled program, and the reason for your request.
2. Our studio will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer (EFT) or refunded to the original payment card within 5 to 7 business days following confirmation.
